The Role

The Daily Wire Marketing organization is seeking a VP of Paid Media who will be responsible for the effective deployment of media to grow audiences, generate revenue and drive subscriptions to DailyWire+. This individual will lead The Daily Wire’s media group to run campaigns across various channels, with a strong focus on performance marketing and direct response.

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned leader and Media strategist who can toggle between Player and Coach, who thrives in fast-paced, highly creative environments and is excited to evolve DailyWire’s media mix while retaining ROI.


  • Strategically direct the media team to effectively deploy strategies to grow revenue of our Content and Subscription businesses
  • Develop comprehensive media strategies across paid social, programmatic, display, digital, search and more.
  • Evolve media audience segmentation/strategy with the goal of improving KPIs
  • Coach the media team for performing optimizations across campaigns on an ongoing basis to improve performance
  • Provide leadership on best practices, current trends, innovation and training for impactful paid marketing
  • Work closely with Data Science and Marketing Analytics and vendors as needed to build, evolve and analyze campaigns


  • 10+ years experience in relevant strategic Media / Growth oriented roles
  • Experience with Entertainment, Subscription and or high growth Consumer Business preferred
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial drive and a motivation to achieve rapid results
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills

Location: In-office (Nashville, TN)
