Job Purpose: This role will focus on procurement and adaptation of the razor assembly equipment to produce Jeremy’s razors domestically.


  • Lead Coordination of contract manufacturing resources
  • Identify and procure razor assembly equipment to make Jeremy’s Razors in the USA
  • Design new and improved Jeremy’s Razor cartridge and handle
  • Manage the process engineering group as pertains to product design, BOM, technical transformation to finished goods
  • Submit products for consumer testing and quality assurance validation
  • Manage and coordinate all hardware/software, installation, and service equipment
  • Direct specification, development, and verification of equipment with OEMs
  • Design tools to create specific parts for assembly, working with 3 rd parties
  • Provide applications support to supply chain partners to enable seamless, low touch integration with equipment
  • Provide technical training to staff
  • Deliver equipment through QA validation
  • Design production floor layout
  • Engineer new products with equipment upgrades
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements

  • 8-10+ years previous experience in a similar role preferred
  • Outstanding leadership skills and experience leading leaders
  • Previous professional experience and proven success with a rapid-growth company preferred
  • Resourceful with a high sense of urgency
  • An innovative and entrepreneurial mindset and approach to work
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability and confidence to respectfully and constructively voice ideas and concerns with others
  • Function as a flexible problem solver with the ability to navigate competing demands
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to navigate ambiguity, while exploring innovative solutions and driving business impact
  • G-suite proficiency
