The Daily Wire is looking for a Creative Director to join our team. The Creative Director will be responsible for building and guiding the creative team and the creative strategy for the company and the associated brands. High importance will be placed on conceptualizing, producing, and presenting high-caliber creative content. If you feel you are the right fit for our team, we look forward to hearing from you!


  • Build, direct and motivate a creative team
  • Supervise the creative department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets
  • Help establish the creative vision and standards for the brand
  • Consistently present and deliver concepts
  • Deliver strong concepts that support the company’s vision & direction
  • Collaborate with other directors on how to improve cross-team collaboration and institute new processes as needed to support it
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a creative director or in a similar creative role
  • Hands-on experience in the creative process
  • Outstanding leadership and organizational skills
  • A passion for coming up with unique ideas and delivering on them
  • Possess exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written), including the ability and confidence to respectfully voice ideas and concerns with the team
  • Function as a flexible problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and navigate competing demands
  • Ability to work in both a team or independently
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
