Job Purpose: The Daily Wire is looking for a senior marketing leader to build and direct a Marketing Data, Analytics and Operations team. This high-profile role requires strong strategic and tactical viewpoints, leadership skills, and endless curiosity.
This innovator will design, hire, and oversee a world-class Marketing Data & Analytics team that is aligned to and fueled by the marketing data stack.

MARKETING DATA & ANALYTICS
Evaluate and implement MarTech systems from top to bottom
Move The Daily Wire from just organizing data to data engineering, from just analyzing data to data science, from socializing data to data visualization
Develop a framework for marketing attribution, data science and use of customer lifecycle data to drive subscriber acquisition, retention and engagement
Inform the overall customer journey strategy
by conducting deep analyses of customer issues, pain points, funnel metrics and enable our marketers and product leaders to create exceptional digital experiences
Produce proactive, actionable insights
for the other Marketing Departments
Product Marketing—responsible for subscriber acquisition & retention for the DailyWire+ streaming platforms, the Dailywire.com news platform, and E-Commerce sites
Content Marketing—responsible for maximizing revenue from both our news & opinion podcasts (e.g. ads on Spotify, Apple podcasts, YouTube, etc) and from our general entertainment content (e.g. feature films, documentaries, kids’ series)
Brand Strategy & Design—responsible for brand awareness, brand architecture & identity, ad design, web design, copywriting, and partnerships with major influencers
Program Management—strategic oversight for the consistent delivery of large-scale initiatives as well as multiple individual project
Direct a logistics-oriented team that executes, across all three marketing channels, the sets of campaigns developed by the Product and Content Marketing teams:
Owned—Dailywire.com, podcasts, DW+ apps, email, SMS, owned social media pages
Manage and report on campaign implementation and analysis
Hire and train channel leads to deliver campaign reporting that identifies holistic learnings, themes, and opportunities for future strategy development
5+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics roles
3+ years of experience in the B2C, direct-to-consumer marketing space
Demonstrated mastery of selecting and deploying best-in-class software tools for data management, visualization & reporting, and multi-channel attribution modeling
Proven ability to deliver value via Marketing Technology: be a profit-center unto yourself
Success in subscriptions-based businesses a plus
Preferred work experience in both startup and large enterprise environments: scrappy & able to scale
