The Daily Wire is looking for an eCommerce Marketing Analyst to join our eCommerce team in Nashville, Tennessee! The eCommerce Marketing Analyst of Daily Wire will investigate, break down, and interpret Marketing metrics, figures, and trends related to eCommerce to identify areas of strength and weakness within Daily Wire’s eCommerce marketing efforts. We’re looking for candidates with 3+ years prior experience in a similar position who are highly data-driven, analytical, and effective communicators. Responsibilities:
- Monitoring and analyzing eCommerce metrics, figures, and marketing trends
- Work with Marketing to craft and measure A/B tests at all stages of the funnel
- Measure Marketing's impact acquisition across digital channels
- Build and sustain marketing campaigns end-to-end from data selection to HTML development, data validation, proofing and campaign deployment using Agile methodology
- Transforming eCommerce data into operational insights
- Communicate technical options/limitations to partners in an understandable way
- Perform technical analysis, level-of-effort estimation, and development of direct channel communications
- Focus on user efficiencies, solving business/customer issues, invent creative solutions, and ensure data accuracy
- Identifying key areas for improvements, such as audience, acquisition, behavior, and conversions
- Brainstorm ideas to enhance and transform the company's e-commerce approach
- Recommend broad eCommerce strategies to assist our business development goals
- Delivering and managing weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting and data visualization / dashboards providing performance results and key insights
- Perform other duties as assigned
Experience & Requirements:
- Nashville, TN -based position (working remotely is not an option)
- 3+ years previous professional experience in a comparable role
- Knowledge of Shopify, Excel and important eCommerce terminology and measures
- Domo and SQL experience required
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively multitask
- Creative and strategic problem solver
- Knowledge of the political landscape and the company brand
- Detail oriented, team player, and self-starter
- Word processing, database, and spreadsheet knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- G-suite proficiency
