The Daily Wire is looking for a Digital Sales Representative to join our Ad Development team! The Digital Sales Representative of Daily Wire will support the Ad Development department’s efforts to grow advertising revenue across Daily Wire’s digital platforms with
a strong focus on audio sales.

Previous audio sales or buying experience is required for consideration for this position. Please note this is a Nashville, TN - based opportunity.

  • Prospect, develop leads, and close deals with brand-friendly advertising partners for Company’s digital products, including but not limited to podcast, email, web, video, and social
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets within timeline
  • Coordinate all sales with appropriate team members to ensure Company meets obligations to client
  • Pursue and execute cross-platform deals wherein advertising partners place ads on multiple Daily Wire platforms
  • Stay on top of evolving industry trends
  • Research and propose new sales products and strategies that could drive revenue for company
  • Provide regular reporting to Director, including but not limited to new sales, projected revenue, and warm leads
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements:

  • 2-5+ years audio sales or buying experience is mandatory, additional digital experience preferred
  • Confident operating in the digital and audio sales ecosystem, with a pulse on latest ad tech
    and attribution tools
  • Passion and skill for selling; an excitement for pursuing, negotiating,
    and closing deals
  • Ability to create and deliver custom presentations tailored to the
    partner’s needs
  • Experienced and confident with CRMs/Order Management Systems
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine interest in figuring out creative ways to maximize sales revenue from
    multiple digital marketing channels
  • Ability to work independently, anticipate leadership’s needs, work
    under pressure
  • Sensitive and attuned to what types of partners and creatives are and
    are not brand-friendly
  • Interest in and/or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscapes a plus
  • G-suite proficiency

Reports to: Director of Ad Revenue

Start date: Immediate

Employment type: Full-time; Exempt

Compensation: $70K + Commission
