The Daily Wire is looking to add dedicated and hardworking Production Assistant (Temp) to our team! If you have an interest in production, can work well in a fast-paced environment, and have great time-management skills, we want to hear from you. The purpose of this position is to assist the Production team with a wide variety of Production-related tasks ranging from running errands, to operating the prompter and clips during the shows. In this crucial role that is essential for keeping all operations running smoothly, the PA will wear multiple hats on any given day.

Please note that this is a 3 month temporary position, with the potential to extend an additional 3 months.


  • Basic administrative and office operational duties, including but not limited to:
    • Printing & delivering documents and forms for shoots
    • Maintain general cleanliness of office, kitchen, break-room, and conference rooms
    • Assist in organizing and maintaining cleanliness of sets
  • Maintain quality of graphics and playback used and created for daily shows
  • Prepare necessary clip sheets and cue cards on daily basis.
  • Pull and clip media for playback on podcasts
  • Operate Clips playback for the show.
  • Operate prompter and call-in system as needed.
  • Stream/air shows on daily basis
  • Assist Lead Producer and Producers with various tasks as needed
  • Archive podcast episodes (content, topics, segments, etc.)
  • Stock and maintain craft services for the Production team as necessary
  • Coordinate meals for Production crew
  • Run off-site errands for Production team
  • Assist with coordination of Production equipment rentals
  • Assist Production crew with set prep for shoots
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements:

  • Previous professional Production Assistant experience (preferred but not required)
  • Interest in production and an eagerness to learn about the industry
  • Highly self-motivated with a “can-do” attitude
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • An openness to and great attitude about receiving feedback
  • Comfortable with standing, walking, bending, twisting and/or stooping, kneeling and/or squatting, climbing stairs, lifting, reaching and/or lifting overhead, grabbing with hands, pushing and pulling (up to 20-40lbs, required on a regular basis)
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • G-suite proficiency
