Responsibilities:

  • Craft and execute the creative vision of the Company Executives on podcast video and audio content by overseeing every creative aspect of production on projects assigned to you (including writing, lighting, directing)
  • Function as a key leader of the Daily Wire South Florida offices
  • Supervise and lead assigned direct reports
  • Oversee production, post-production, and publishing of daily video and audio content and additional material for social media
  • Manage and book show hosts, talent, and guests to ensure quality and timely work
  • Provide creative services such as but not limited to: show prep, segment prep, graphic design, storyboarding, etc. for video and audio content
  • Execute creative notes on video and audio content
  • Work with Production team to ensure quality and timely work
  • Work with Production management to create manageable budgets and schedules for production delivery and asset creation
  • Primary liaison between the Ad Sales department and the creative content
  • Complete and submit daily project logs in accordance with Daily Wire Project Log Policy
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements:

  • 5+ years of similar work experience in a professional production environment preferred
  • Previous experience with podcast production preferred
  • Strong leadership and people-management skills
  • Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to appropriately take initiative
  • Working knowledge of the current political landscape
  • Avid follower of news, politics, and cultural commentary across all media platforms
  • Familiar with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and AfterEffects
  • Working knowledge of video and sound editing
  • Familiar with of all aspects of post-production for video and film
  • Strong instinct for creative and storytelling
  • Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • G-suite proficiency

Reports to: Executive Vice President of Production

Start date: Immediate

Employment type: Full-time; Exempt

Compensation: $90K-$110K
