There's never a dull moment for Recruiters at Daily Wire as they utilize their skills and creativity to support our hiring managers in finding exceptional talent to fill a diverse array of positions across varying departments including but not limited to Production; Marketing; Editorial; Finance; Human Resources; eCommerce; Talent, Media, & Events; and Operations. Candidates with proven success placing Marketing, Media and Technology professionals will be prioritized.

Qualified candidates will thrive at successfully building and managing a strong and well-organized pipeline of candidates, excel with project management and multi-tasking (effectively managing the recruiting lifecycle for multiple roles in various stages at any given time), are comfortable working with a high sense of urgency, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the Daily Wire talent acquisition process for all open positions including but not limited to:
    • Arranging job descriptions
    • Posting recruiting ads
    • Sourcing candidates
    • Phone screening candidates
    • Coordinating and facilitating interviews
    • Negotiating offers with candidates
    • Arranging and tracking offer letters
    • Ensuring timely communication with applicants throughout the entire recruiting process
  • Multi-task through a high volume of requisitions and interviews in various stages of the recruiting process on a daily basis
  • Proactively track all vacancies (actual and potential)
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand needs and provide custom hiring strategies to attract top talent and meet staffing goals
  • Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices and preparation
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies
  • Assist in identifying and implementing improvement strategies and best practices
  • Ensure the candidate a world-class interview/hiring experience representing our brand and commitment to an exceptional experience
  • Stay abreast of new trends, legislation, and innovations in the field of recruitment
  • Create and build strong relationships with both hiring managers and candidates
  • Arrange recruiting data reports for supervisor and Executive team as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Experience & Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience as a Recruiter
  • Experience placing Marketing, Media & Technology professionals
  • Interest in and/or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscapes
  • Highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to multitask in a busy work environment
  • Phenomenal attention to detail and superb organizational skills
  • The ability to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
