The Community Representative will assist the Customer Service Manager to tend to our customer service channels and work directly with our audience to impact audience growth, engagement, and satisfaction. If you have previous customer service and/or hospitality industry experience, possess strong interpersonal skills, are highly detail-oriented, and are enthusiastic about politics and the daily editorial news landscape, we want to hear from you!
